Working various construction managerial and field positions, Marc has honed his building skills to be one of the most organized and quality-oriented custom home builders in the Wilmington and Southeastern, NC regional market today. He has built numerous custom homes and multi-residential projects, as well as multi-million dollar commercial construction projects, including, but not limited to, churches, medical and institutional facilities. Marc’s innovative approach to custom home building, allows him to build custom homes that people can not only be proud of, but homes that can provide instant home equity. The home is usually our biggest investment so why not start with home equity from day one? By keeping prices low Marc is giving people the opportunity to save money and build their financial futures.
