Its not too Late! Onslow Bay Homes, LLC is now offering a homebuyer rebate up to $5000 for any client that signs a contract to build a home by July 31, 2011. Stipulations: The rebate will be calculated as 5% percentage of the contract price and will not exceed $5000. The project must be started within 2months of contract signing for pricing and rebate to apply. This rebate does not apply to additions and rennovations. Contract must be signed by July 31, 2011. |
